Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may send your return back within 14 days of receiving your products for a full refund. Within 30 days you are eligible for a credit.

All flyvibes.com orders can also be returned to any Take it Outside or Trail Shop location. Please ensure to have a copy of your invoice when returning online orders. Customers shipping orders back for refund or exchange, are encouraged to add shipment insurance to return package, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless product is defective or not as described/ordered. Please contact ecom@trailshop.com for any issue with an online order.

We do not accept returns on intimate products, including packaged underwear, bathing suits, etc.

flyvibes.com order returns will be processed within 3 business days from receipt of customer shipment.

Clearance items purchased that are discounted >40% are considered FINAL SALE.
